Ever since attorney Carla B. Yates began her practice in 1987, she has focused her talents on estate planning, probate administration, and probate and trust litigation. Ms. Yates is joined by associate attorney Ann-Eliza Musoke Taylor. In addition to our attorneys, our staff collectively brings more than 25 years of training and experience to the firm's practice.

Our woman owned and operated law office is conveniently located in the historic Seminole Furniture Building, across from the University of Tampa and is in close proximity to downtown Tampa and Hyde Park. Plentiful free parking is available in the lot next to our building.
